Mystery shopping has been used as an option for business’’ for many years and offers a unique look into your business from a customer’s perspective – we offer this service but with a twist!

What you’ll get

  • A physical walk through of your premises and purchases made/service provided to our HB Accessibility founder Heidi, Who is a qualified Access Consultant, Legally blind and uses a mobility aid ( white cane, registered guide dog or a paid carer), this visit will be at a completely random time and date unless requested otherwise.

  • Your choice of 30 minute face to face or online meeting to discuss the experience and ask Heidi follow up questions..

  • A checklist report of experience, emailed

  • 3 personalised requests per visit ( we will supply a checklist document to help you decide )

  • Permission to share HB accessibility’s photos and content for your social media ,internal promotions or website as well as photo opportunity / I can take photos while attending your business/service for you to use promoting your Diversity & Inclusion journey.

Eg: Attend on a busy day and use the change rooms and ask for help reading clothing labels.

Please ask our staff for directions or where closest accessible toilets are. Ask staff to read out some menu items for you. Browse market and investigate best public transport options to attend. Attend the sporting event and ask staff for accessible services/make enquiries

Don’t make a reservation and attend restaurant with guide dog to see how staff react. Ask hotel reception where closest grassed area is to take assistance animal to toilet

I can travel anywhere in Victoria for a travel fee and stay overnight if your business is a tourism, hospitality or accommodation service. I can also attend with my family.
